- Lead time required for case studies is a minimum of one month.
Activity Plan
- Step 1: Client provides EASTWEST with a client / wins brief and appoints a resource from Client and customer side (pre-approved by customer)
- Step 2: EASTWEST studies the brief and does research on the customer
- Step 3: EASTWEST conducts an interview with the customer
- Step 4: EASTWEST prepares first draft and submit to client for review and inputs
- Step 5: Client reverts with comments and inputs
- Step 6: EASTWEST amends the case study and submits to Client for final review
- Step 7: Client approves the article and sends to customer for review and approval
- Step 8: Upon customer’s approval, Client uses the case study for internal and external communications
