Lead Time

  • Lead time required for placement of a contributed article is a minimum of one month. Like press releases, contributed articles are best written by the product experts or subject matter experts themselves for effective use of time.

Activity Plan

  • Step 1: Client provides a brief on company vision and positioning in the industry
  • Step 2: EASTWEST finds opportunities to contribute bylined articles in trade or industry magazines
  • Step 3: EASTWEST provides Client with opportunities and editorial guidelines (pre-approved topic, word count, editorial policies, resource person’s biography)
  • Step 4: Client drafts or sends a ready article to EASTWEST for vetting
  • Step 5: EASTWEST amends/ tweaks the article and incorporates Client messaging
  • Step 6: Client approves the amended article
  • Step 7: EASTWEST submits the article and coordinate editor’s feedback
  • Step 8: EASTWEST monitors the article
